📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and maintain monitoring solutions using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or Prometheus.
• Develop and optimize monitoring dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and reliability of IT services.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IT monitoring and infrastructure management.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams on monitoring best practices.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT monitoring and infrastructure management.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Cisco are a plus.
