Lead and manage a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.,Oversee the collection, cleaning, and analysis of data from various sources, ensuring that it is accurate, reliable, and used effectively.,Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide insights that can help them achieve their goals.,Develop and maintain data models and analytics tools to support business decision-making.,Identify trends and patterns in data, and communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques, and provide training and support to team members as needed.,Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that data is stored and managed securely and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on leading and managing a team.,Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Python, R, and statistical software.,Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to identify trends and patterns in data, and communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.,Experience with data governance and data management best practices.,Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud.
