As an Offline Event Intern at Halodoc, you'll be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of various offline events. You'll work with our marketing team to develop event concepts, coordinate with vendors, and manage event logistics. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and organizing offline events, including workshops, webinars, and product launches.
• Coordinate with vendors, speakers, and partners to ensure smooth event execution.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and AV equipment.
• Support marketing efforts by promoting events through various channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event concepts and materials.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Assist in creating event reports and presentations.
• Support the event team in any additional tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with event planning software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a passion for event management.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and social media marketing is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is preferred.
