📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the sales team in the assigned area.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Lead and mentor the sales team, providing training and development opportunities.,Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.,Knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Balikpapan.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
