📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the coordination and scheduling of fleet activities.
  • Monitor and maintain fleet performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in the management of fuel and maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of fleet activities.
  • Participate in training and development programs for drivers and other staff.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fleet Management, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
