📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies.,Support the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation, including payroll processing.,Facilitate employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.,Assist in the organization of training and development programs for employees.,Support the HR team in performance management, including conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
