📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Assist in the creation and delivery of training materials and content.,Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand training needs and objectives.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and support to employees on their learning and development.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Assist in the planning and execution of learning and development initiatives.,Support the HR team in various HR-related tasks and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a learning and development or HR role.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant HR software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Passion for learning and development and a customer-centric approach.
