📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular audits of branch operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Verify the accuracy of inventory, sales, and financial records.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain high-quality standards across all branch operations.
• Collaborate with branch managers to address any issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing or quality assurance in a distribution or retail environment.
• Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CISA, CIA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards is a plus.
