📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports using tools like QuickBooks and Excel.
• Support the accounting team in reconciling bank statements and managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing valuable insights to the finance team.
• Help with the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of financial records and documents.
• Support the finance team in any additional projects or tasks as needed.
• Attend meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry practices and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a finance or accounting program, or have recently graduated.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Bilingual (English and Indonesian) is a plus.
