As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, and ensure a fair and respectful work environment.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll and benefits.,Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.,Support the management team in workforce planning and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a reputable company.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other HR software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
