📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the IBDP curriculum development and implementation

• Support students in preparing for IBDP assessments and university applications

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IBDP or a similar academic program
• Strong knowledge of the IBDP curriculum and assessment criteria
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience in curriculum development and assessment strategies
• Proficiency in English and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Familiarity with educational technology and tools such as Google Classroom, Moodle, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
