📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and available for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to schedule vehicle usage and ensure timely delivery.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate with service providers for timely repairs and servicing.,Track and report on vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and other key performance indicators.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to vehicle use.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the fleet manager in various tasks and projects.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet-related activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to drive and have a valid driver's license.
