📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Manage and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Lead and participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Conduct regular financial reviews and audits.
  • Prepare and present financial statements to stakeholders.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with the last 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
