Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.,Lead and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our company.,Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
