📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure financial accuracy.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to support business decisions.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.,Conduct regular financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.
