📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.,Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products.,Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to achieve operational excellence.,Collaborate with other departments, such as production and marketing, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.,Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve supply chain processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of supply chain best practices, technologies, and tools.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant supply chain management software.,Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
