Our locations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung are bustling with activity, and we need someone who can thrive in this fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, pour-overs, and specialty coffees.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including restocking supplies and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques, and continuously improve your skills.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering new coffee beans and supplies.
- Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere in the coffee shop, contributing to the overall customer experience.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the coffee industry.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, including espresso, pour-over, and other specialty techniques.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with coffee equipment and tools, such as espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to travel between our various locations in Bali.
