📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Answer and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.,Maintain accurate records of guest information.,Handle front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times.,Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and events.,Handle any guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment.,A friendly and approachable demeanor.
