📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.,Present proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business.,Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.,Report on sales performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of the local market and customer needs.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and Tetun is a plus.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
