Renesas Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Device Characterization Engineer to join our Power Device Development team in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for characterizing power devices to ensure they meet performance, reliability, and safety standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and improve power devices, contributing to the advancement of our power electronics solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct device characterization tests to evaluate performance, reliability, and safety of power devices.,Analyze test data and provide technical recommendations to improve device performance.,Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure devices meet project requirements.,Develop and implement test plans and procedures for device characterization.,Monitor and maintain characterization test equipment and ensure its calibration.,Participate in cross-functional teams to support the development of new power devices.,Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in power device technology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in device characterization, with a focus on power devices.,Strong knowledge of power device technologies, including MOSFETs, IGBTs, and diodes.,Proficiency in using characterization test equipment and software tools.,Experience with failure analysis techniques and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and teamwork abilities.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
