📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.,Manage staff performance, conduct training sessions, and foster a positive team culture.,Implement and monitor marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Handle financial transactions, including cash handling, expenses, and reporting.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and preparation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and hygienic workspace.,Develop and execute plans to improve store performance and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or food service management.,Proven track record of successful store management and team leadership.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Experience in marketing and customer engagement strategies is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
