📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit client locations to collect payments and resolve financial issues
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Record and report payment collections accurately using our in-house system
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field collection or a related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with financial software and systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel to various client locations
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
