📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work with IT teams to develop and implement solutions.
Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to align business and IT strategies.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT solutions and business processes to ensure they meet business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IT and business process management.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new IT solutions.
Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in IT Business Analysis or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Experience with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.
Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Project Management Institute - Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
