📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage a team of employees, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales and inventory levels, and implement strategies to improve performance.
  • Participate in store meetings and contribute to the development of store improvement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Represent Domino's at local community events and promotions.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in the food service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Domino's systems, products, and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of improving sales and customer satisfaction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in food safety or management are a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
