📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the Infor M3 ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and system performance.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, transforming complex data into actionable insights.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on the use of Infor M3 and Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on system performance and user satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP systems, particularly Infor M3.
• Proficient in Power BI, with experience in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports.
• Strong understanding of database management and SQL.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with logistics and distribution industry would be an advantage.
• Certification in Infor M3 or Power BI is a plus.
