📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other service providers to ensure timely and quality service.
• Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle event planning and coordination, from initial concept to final execution.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of all operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Proven track record of successful operational management and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of catering operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
