📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist chefs in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards
- Prep and chop vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes and utensils
- Assist in stocking and organizing the kitchen pantry
- Support the kitchen team in ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure
- Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Support the team during peak hours and special events
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a hotel or restaurant
- Familiarity with kitchen tools and equipment, such as stoves, ovens, and food prep tools
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards
- Willingness to work part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
